3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Exporting Generated Websites

Exporting generated websites requires either:

A "Business" monthly subscription of $24, or
an "Indie" monthly subscription of $19.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize BlooomLabs, LLC to charge your selected payment method for the fees associated with your chosen plan.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not granted. However, if you have not exported any website within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a refund. To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Personal Data Collected

We collect minimal personal data necessary for account functionality:

Name
Email address
Profile picture
Stripe customer ID
Any images you may import to the Editor

Please refer to Google Analytics for the analytics policy. Webifier uses both Google Analytics and Vercel.

Generated Content

Generated websites are anonymous. They are publicly accessible and editable by anyone who has the link. We do not store any additional personal data within the generated content.
